About the Role:
Krank is seeking an experienced and adaptable Head of Marketing to spearhead and elevate our marketing strategy as we continue to expand. This senior position will oversee all marketing functions and lead our marketing team to drive growth, increase brand visibility, and deliver impactful, data-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, results-oriented leader with a strong background in B2B technology, particularly SaaS and marketplaces, and a proven track record of scaling marketing operations.

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive, global marketing strategy across all channels—including digital, social, PR, and performance marketing. You'll also take full ownership of the marketing budget, KPIs, and long-term growth opportunities, ensuring all marketing efforts align with company goals. You'll lead a team of senior professionals, mentor your direct reports, and drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and performance within the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy across all key channels, including digital, social media, PR, events, and performance marketing, to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
• Demand Generation: Own and drive demand generation strategies using Account-Based Marketing (ABM), SEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, events, and referral programs.
• Content Leadership: Oversee content strategy and creation, including high-quality blogs, ad copy, social media posts, and case studies, ensuring content resonates with target audiences and elevates the brand.
• Full Funnel Management: Manage the entire marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, with a focus on website optimization, lead nurturing, and optimizing the customer journey.
• Analytics & Optimization: Leverage analytics tools to track KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to continuously iterate and improve marketing initiatives for scalability and growth.
• Marketing Technology: Oversee the marketing tech stack (e.g., HubSpot, automation tools, analytics platforms), ensuring maximum efficiency, integration, and effectiveness of all marketing systems.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with overarching business goals and customer needs.
• Budget & Agency Management: Manage the marketing budget, track spending, and work with agencies and freelancers to deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable results.
• Innovation & Thought Leadership: Stay on top of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep Krank ahead of the curve and position the company as a market leader in the B2B tech space.
• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• 10+ years in marketing, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Proven success in B2B tech/SaaS/marketplaces.
• Strong background in demand generation, performance marketing, and brand building.
• Hands-on leader with both strategic and execution capabilities.
• Skilled in SEO/SEM, paid media, email marketing, and large-scale digital campaigns.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM and growth tools (HubSpot, automation, analytics).
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Track record of scaling marketing operations and building high-performing teams.
