Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing business? We are seeking motivated E-Commerce Support Agents to join our team for evening shifts. In this role, you will handle customer service tasks, process orders, manage inquiries, and support the overall day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels
  • Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions promptly
  • Coordinate with suppliers and shippers for order fulfillment
  • Manage product listings, inventory updates, and ensure data accuracy
  • Monitor shipping statuses and provide updates to customers
  • Support the team with other e-commerce-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Experience in e-commerce, customer support, or related fields (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic e-commerce platforms
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Must be available to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift
