The Role

We're looking for a
Marketing & E-commerce Assistant

who's curious, organized, and ready to learn. You'll help us keep our online world running smoothly — from scheduling posts to replying to messages and updating Shopify.

You'll work closely with the Marketing & Community Manager, learning how brand marketing, customer care, and e-commerce really work together in a startup.

This is a
remote, full-time

role with flexible hours — ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow in digital marketing.

What You'll Do

Social & Content

  • Upload and schedule posts across platforms using Buffer.
  • Keep an eye out for any upload or timing issues.
  • Make sure everything matches the brand look and feel.

Community Support

  • Reply to simple customer queries on WhatsApp, email, and social.
  • Flag anything complex to the Marketing & Community Manager.

Influencer & UGC Coordination

  • Maintain influencer and content trackers.
  • Follow up for missing posts and organize all UGC neatly for future use.

Shopify & E-commerce Tasks

  • Add and update products with descriptions, images, and tags.
  • Upload blogs or other site updates.

General Support

  • Keep ClickUp and campaign trackers tidy and up to date.
  • Prepare quick summaries or reports when needed.

Requirements:

  • Open to
    fresh graduates

or those with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Interest or background in e-commerce or pets is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to follow direction accurately.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Fully remote full-time role (minimum 8 hours/day, flexible hours accepted).
