
Automation Sales Manager

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineers at multiple levels (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior) to drive business growth across our EMS, BMS, and Automation verticals. The ideal candidates will combine technical acumen with client engagement skills to generate leads, offer solutions, and close strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities in EMS, BMS, and Industrial Automation domains.
- Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
- Work closely with the engineering team for solution design, estimation, and feasibility analysis.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Follow up on leads, attend site visits, and engage in tendering processes.
- Meet assigned sales targets, prepare regular forecasts, and maintain a sales pipeline.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and new business potential.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities as required.
Education:
- B.E. in Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronics/Instrumentation.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
