Office Automation Services is on the hunt for a Software Support Executive (Day Shift) — someone who can turn client confusion into clarity, solve problems like a pro, and maybe crack a joke while they're at it.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent command of English (spoken & written)
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on ERP support & implementation experience
  • A natural problem-solver who thinks faster than Ctrl + Z
  • Patient, approachable, and passionate about making tech feel simple

What You'll Do:

  • Provide top-notch support to end-users for ERP-related queries
  • Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and the occasional mystery glitch
  • Train and guide clients & teammates on ERP functionality
  • Solve problems quickly, effectively, and with a smile
  • Be the go-to person for turning frustration into confidence
