Key Responsibilities:::


• Client Onboarding: Manage and onboard new fashion clients/brands.


• Order Management: Oversee orders from processing to fulfillment.


• Product Listings: Upload, edit, and maintain accurate product details.


• Website Management: Regularly update & optimize the website (UX, banners, navigation).


• Website Optimization: Improve site performance, SEO, and conversion rate.


• Customer Support: Respond to queries across all social handles and convert them into sales.


• Digital Marketing:


• Run targeted email marketing campaigns.


• Plan and execute Google Adverts campaigns for maximum ROAS.


• Assist in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).


• Coordinate with the creative team for digital assets.


• Performance Tracking: Analyze KPIs, sales funnels, and campaign reports to suggest improvements.

Requirements:::


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• 2–3 years' experience in the fashion/retail e-commerce industry (mandatory).


• Strong knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.


• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Marketing tools.


• Excellent communication and customer handling skills.


• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
