Key Responsibilities:

·       Identify and approach new schools and potential distributors in the assigned territory.

·       
Build and manage new distributors
in the assigned area and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.

·       Conduct
training sessions
for school principals and teachers (Public Speaking & Presentation Skills required).

·       Develop and strengthen long-term
business relationships
with schools and distributors.

·       Attend
weekly Zoom training sessions (mandatory – 2 days per week)
.

·       
Maintain area data
and provide
daily reporting
to the head office.

·       Identify and resolve issues faced by schools or distributors, or escalate them when necessary.

·       Monitor
market activities and competitor strategies
, and provide feedback to management.

·       Achieve assigned
sales targets
in your region and actively contribute to company growth.

·       Maintain proper visit records, client contact information, and feedback in Google Sheets/CRM.

·       Suggest and execute local marketing initiatives to create awareness.

·       Follow all company
policies and guidelines
.

Requirements:

·       
Education:
Minimum Graduation (preferably in Business / Education).

·       
Skills:

o  Public Speaking & Presentation

o  Strong Communication & Relationship Building

o  Basic Computer Skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, Email)

o  Sales & Negotiation Skills

·       
Experience Level:
Entry to Mid-Level (1-3 years preferred, confident fresh candidates may also apply.

·
