Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Cold Caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and setting appointments for our business team.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our digital services.
  • Generate qualified leads and set appointments for follow-ups.
  • Maintain a record of conversations and update lead tracking systems.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to achieve targets.
  • Build rapport and maintain professional communication with prospects.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Confidence in speaking with clients over the phone.
  • Basic understanding of digital services (web development & social media).
  • Previous cold calling or telesales experience is a plus (but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: PKR 10,000
  • Attractive Commission: Up to 25% on closed deals
