Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Director of Client Services role at SPARK in Lahore. As a CS Director, you will oversee all aspects of our Agency. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to develop advertising strategies and objectives, manage and allocate resources, drive campaign strategies and execution, and analyze campaign performance. You will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional advertising campaigns that meet client objectives and drive business results.
- Own client relationships and work with exceptional organizational and relationship skills.
- Serve as a point for client-service philosophy; ensuring quality work from the team to meet/exceed client expectations.
- Translate client business needs into communications action steps with a solution-oriented focus.
- Responsible for budget management on accounts stays ahead of budget issues and is proactive to ensure account profitability.
- Provide overall strategic counsel to clients.
- Ability to provide counsel and strategy for branding, reputation management, and integrated marketing; embraces and understands the principles of integrated marketing communication.
- Aptitude for thinking creatively and sharing those creative ideas with clients.
- Stays abreast of emerging technology and recognizes opportunities to apply the technology to meet client goals.
- Demonstrates commitment to industry, agency, and clients by mastering industry knowledge and trends and understanding clients' business in "off time."
- Agency Sales and Business Development
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships through cross-servicing.
- Lead Agency pitches to prospective clients and grow agency top-line revenue.
- Create strategic proposals to promote services.
- Front end and manage the client relationship.
- Scan for marketing opportunities and participate in tenders to attract high-value agency projects.
- Manage every communication element of advertising and marketing including creative, copy, layouts, and production.
- Manage service providers, suppliers, and onsite requirements.
- Embrace cultural values; active participation and advocacy.
- Meticulously run day-to-day operations of a full-service Integrated Ad Agency, supervise the team's output, and troubleshoot problems and issues.
- Manage the Finance Strategy by coordinating the overall budget process, and annual budget plan and taking responsibility for achieving the agreed profitability and monthly targets.
- Manage the Marketing Strategy by image building, corporate communications, and brand projection to rapidly grow the company's exposure to both corporate and government sectors.
- Manage the HR & Admin Strategy by training and developing the team to learn and adapt to the latest advertising trends, improving the quality of proposals, and evaluating employees' work performance.
- Supervisory responsibilities; identifies staffing issues and needs, adopts or creates processes, documentation, and templates to meet those needs.
- Identifies/Integrates new communications capabilities and solutions and engages others.
- Instills confidence and motivates/inspires clients and colleagues.
- Effectively manages projects using resources and capabilities and effectively
- Collaborative spirit to work towards the best outcome for clients and the agency.
- Effectively resolves conflict with clients and within teams.
- Manage the marketing department and mentoring
- Oversee job cards, daily worksheets, all design and creative content, website development, and conceptualization.
- Approve all peripherals being created for events and external clients.
- Develop and implement ideas to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
- Maintaining acceptable profit margin within accounts managed and exceeding billable goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in advertising, with a focus on strategy, campaign management, and team leadership
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful advertising campaigns across various channels and platforms
- Strong knowledge of advertising industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work effectively with clients
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
