Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing sales and marketing initiatives, and overseeing all aspects of marketing planning and execution. The role involves ensuring the alignment of marketing efforts with business goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving revenue growth through thoughtful marketing leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Marketing Management
  • Strong expertise in conducting Market Research and Marketing Campaigns
  • Experience in Sales and integrating sales strategies with marketing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role
  • Experience with technology-driven marketing tools and platforms
