Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading a team of account managers. The Senior Account Director will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
- Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts
- Lead a team of account managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and project management, to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Develop and execute account plans, including strategic account objectives, revenue targets, and growth opportunities
- Monitor and report on account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including financial and legal requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing successful client relationships
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
