About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Excel & Email Assistant to support our team with data management, reporting, and client communications. This role requires someone with strong Excel skills, a sharp eye for detail, and exceptional persistence in following up with contacts to ensure timely responses and completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and update Excel spreadsheets, including data entry, formatting, and analysis.
  • Generate reports and summarize data insights clearly and accurately.
  • Manage and organize email communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Actively chase clients, partners, or internal stakeholders to obtain required information or responses—no stone left unturned.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve workflow efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Persistent and proactive attitude—comfortable chasing contacts diplomatically but firmly.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Previous experience in administrative support, email management, or data entry preferred.
