Our office is located in Bahria Town Phase 07 Rawalpindi. Backend BnB is a growing STR (Short-Term Rental) agency that helps property owners and managers streamline their Airbnb and vacation-rental operations. We value proactive minds, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

Position Overview

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for the seamless management of hotel operations, ensuring that every touchpoint, from reception to housekeeping, reflects our premium standards of service, comfort, and professionalism. This role requires a strategic leader with a keen eye for detail, strong operational acumen, and the ability to inspire teams toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all daily hotel operations, ensuring synergy between front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.
  • Uphold and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), service protocols, and compliance measures.
  • Supervise guest interactions to ensure prompt responses, personalized experiences, and superior satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain premium housekeeping standards through regular inspections and staff coordination.
  • Ensure efficient facility management, addressing maintenance concerns proactively.
  • Foster a disciplined, motivated, and service-driven team culture.
  • Oversee financial transparency at the front desk and maintain daily operational reports.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations Head to align on performance goals and operational excellence.
