Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site technical support for daily system operations (training provided on MRI Real Estate Software).
  • Develop, test, and optimize SQL queries for data imports, uploads, and integrity checks.
  • Validate source tables, review report structures, and assist with accounting configuration updates.
  • Diagnose and resolve web or system interface issues; assist with backend troubleshooting.
  • Manage user lifecycle: onboarding, credential setup, and access revocation.
  • Participate in documentation, system audits, and recovery/testing procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Sound understanding of accounting cycles, including AP, AR, Recoveries, GL, and Commercial Management.
  • Hands-on expertise with SQL scripting and advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
  • Foundational knowledge of programming (any modern language).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • CPA (in progress) or equivalent accounting background preferred.
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, or related analytical tools is an advantage.
