Job Summary:

Abacus Consulting-BPO is hiring a Security Officer (CCTV). The Security Officer person will be responsible for monitoring and operating surveillance systems to ensure the security and safety of company premises. The role involves observing live feeds, reviewing recorded footage, identifying and reporting suspicious activities, and maintaining accurate records. The CCTV Operator must demonstrate attention to detail, critical yet positive thinking, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and operate CCTV systems to ensure the security and safety of company premises.
  • Review surveillance footage regularly and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
  • Maintain proper records of incidents, video logs, and daily monitoring reports.
  • Coordinate with security and administrative teams to address identified issues.
  • Ensure all surveillance equipment is functioning effectively; report and follow up on any technical faults.
  • Assist in investigations by providing relevant footage and evidence when required.
  • Stay alert and proactive in identifying potential risks, ensuring a safe environment.

Requirements (Criteria):

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Proven experience in security surveillance/CCTV operations.
  • Strong observation, attention to detail, and reporting skills.
  • Critical yet positive thinking approach.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
