Job Title: HR Executive
Shift Timings: 6 PM – 2 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Location: Adyala Road, Rawalpindi
We are seeking a motivated HR Executive to support our HR operations and contribute to building a strong workforce. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and eager to grow in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the HR Manager with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Create and post engaging job ads on social media platforms and job portals.
- Respond to candidate queries and maintain professional communication on social platforms.
- Support the recruitment cycle, including screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, contracts, and record management.
- Help implement HR policies and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR data and personnel files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of HR or recruitment experience (fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media for recruitment purposes.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
This is an on-site role at Adyala Road, Rawalpindi.
