As a Commercial Coordinator based within our affiliate, you will play a crucial role in leading Tendering and Contract Management activities. This position is central to driving commercial success, ensuring the seamless execution of contracts, and fostering strong partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Opportunity
- You will lead and manage all tendering and contract management activities for the assigned affiliate and division.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with state tender bodies, wholesalers, distributors, and other key customer accounts.
- You will oversee pricing strategies, contracting, negotiations, contract renewals, and ongoing contract lifecycle management.
- You will partner closely with cross-functional internal teams (sales, finance, legal, supply chain) and collaborate with external stakeholders, including executive-level customers and other key influencers.
- You will monitor market trends and customer needs to propose business development opportunities that drive market share growth, customer satisfaction, and revenue performance.
- You will support the achievement of quarterly and annual business objectives, including revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- You may carry profit and loss (P&L) accountability for assigned products.
Who You Are
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- You have proven experience in tendering, contract management, or commercial operations, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry.
- You possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- You have excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- You can work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- You demonstrate a high level of integrity, business acumen, and customer focus.
