Account Executive - Social Media & Digital Marketing

We're hiring a Client/Business Support Associate who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, enjoys solving problems, and excels at managing both internal operations and external client communication. This is an on-site, evening shift position based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support

  • Act as the primary contact for client communication (calls, emails, messages)
  • Address and resolve client concerns professionally and promptly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for cross-functional issue resolution
  • Educate clients on services and ensure their satisfaction

Executive & Personal Assistant Duties

  • Manage the Founder's schedule, meetings, follow-ups, and to-do lists
  • Prepare professional reports, documents, and presentations
  • Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Help keep internal operations streamlined and on track
  • Assist with email and social media outreach campaigns
  • Support CRM management, track leads, and participate in sales calls
  • Follow up with prospects and help close onboarding processes
  • Draft client proposals and marketing content

Requirements

  • 0-2+ years of experience in client support, admin assistance, or marketing/sales
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Must be available to work full-time on-site during the evening shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
  • Passionate, proactive, and committed to long-term growth
