We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic team for an African-based campaign. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making calls to potential customers and providing them with financial advisory services related to the Forex market. This is an onsite position based in Bahria Phase 04, RWP.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Make calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
  2. Pitch and provide advisory services in a clear and compelling manner.
  3. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients.
  4. Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
  5. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service (preferably international campaigns).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional attitude.
