We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to fill the role of a Customer Solutions Specialist.
This is a dynamic opportunity for an individual who can effectively communicate with customers, provide software support, and drive customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be available to work during Eastern Time Zone (between 6 pm to 6 am Pakistan time).
About the Role- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer care with international clients
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
