Role OverviewThis role involves developing and maintaining effective relationships with dealers, sub-traders, and consumers, growing business organically, and exploring new opportunities. You will oversee sales operations, meet targets, and manage distribution channels in the region, reporting to the Trade Channel Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Generate market intelligence, monitor sales data, track competitors, and analyze market trends to identify dealer expansion opportunities.
- Strategic Planning & Relationship Building: Conduct market visits, develop customer relationships, and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and explore new markets.
- Performance Management & Partnership: Develop dealer capabilities, implement marketing tools, and ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.
- Values & Compliance: Promote Ingredion's values, ensure safety standards, and foster engagement with partners aligned with company culture.
- MBA in Marketing
- 4-5 years of solid sales experience, with knowledge of B2B and distribution systems
- Basic understanding of costing and financial analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems
- Excellent communication skills in English
