Key Account Manager / Technical Sales Manager

This role involves offering Infrastructure IP SAN, Scale-out NAS, Virtualization, Hyper-converged solutions, Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions, including Cloud Storage and backup solutions, primarily to C-level executives in the IT industry across the US and Canada. The candidate should possess excellent presentation, communication, product knowledge, sales, and team leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Engage actively in sales, pre-sales, solutions, and product activities.
  • Present technical solutions professionally to new and existing customers.
  • Deliver technical presentations confidently in online meetings.
  • Build productive internal and external relationships, keeping colleagues updated on product info.
  • Create compelling sales proposals with pricing and technical details.
  • Coordinate documentation, datasheets, and catalogs with customers.
  • Follow up diligently to close deals.
  • Have basic knowledge of computer hardware components.
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Data Center solutions is advantageous.
  • Possess a sales-oriented attitude and ability to sell IT products in US and Canada.
  • Understand and sell data center products, cloud solutions, and storage/backup appliances.
  • Package and price services according to client needs.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Convert leads into opportunities and close sales effectively.
  • Build a pipeline with quality leads.
  • Establish trust and relationships with clients.
  • Interest and understanding of IT industry and technologies.
  • Experience selling to C and D-level executives.
  • Be curious about business operations and your contribution to organizational success.
  • Maintain a positive, authentic, solution-oriented, team player attitude with a good sense of humor.
  • Be highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Arrange and conduct product training sessions.

  • Experience in B2B IT product sales in US, Canada, EU markets.
