Required Skills:
  • Strong command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of administrative processes and systems
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Basic budgeting and expense tracking skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the upkeep and smooth daily functioning of the office environment
  • Manage office support and security staff to maintain a professional and secure workspace
  • Process and track all utility bills, ensuring timely payments
  • Maintain stock levels of office supplies, snacks, and basic equipment
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance and logistics
  • Supervise the cleanliness and organization of office spaces
  • Maintain and oversee company vehicles, ensuring they are functional and serviced on time
  • Assist in planning and executing internal office events
  • Keep accurate records of administrative expenses and assist with budget reporting
  • Support other departments with filing, documentation, and logistics as required
  • Perform daily administrative tasks using MS Office tools to ensure efficient operations
  • Handle confidential employee and office information responsibly
Role Requirements (Good-to-haves):
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Previous experience in facility or office management
  • Familiarity with inventory and asset tracking
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to support where needed
  • Basic knowledge of vendor management and cost optimization
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
