Job Summary:

The Administrative Officer is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This includes handling general administration, purchasing, vendor and market visits, and office maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations, supplies, and records
  • Conduct local vendor and market visits for procurement
  • Handle purchasing, price negotiation, and vendor coordination
  • Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with service providers
  • Maintain inventory, prepare purchase orders, and manage expenses
  • Support staff with travel, meetings, and basic HR/admin tasks

Requirements:

  • Fresher
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of local markets
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelors
