About the Role
We're hiring ourfirst full-time B2B Sales Lead, based in Islamabad, to workdirectly with senior leadership. You'll own the sales pipeline, from strategy to outreach to closing deals — primarily with NGOs, international funders, and government-backed clean water programs.This role is perfect for someone who thrives on purpose, loves relationship-building, and knows how to hustle through long sales cycles with professionalism and heart.
What You'll Do
- Build and close a pipelineof B2B clients (nonprofits, governments, donors)
- Own the full sales cycle:from cold outreach to signed MOU/procurement
- Coordinate proposalswith technical and operations teams
- Conduct field visitsand demo the Oasis Box to decision-makers
- Build deep relationshipswith program officers and technical teams at NGOs
- Represent us with integrityat conferences, meetings, and funder visits
- Workin-officealongside senior leadership to shape go-to-market strategy
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of B2B sales, partnerships, or fundraising experience (NGO/Gov/Startup)
- Fluent written and verbal English (you'll be emailing global clients daily)
- Strong CRM hygiene: organized, methodical, and consistent
- You'veclosed deals— not just generated leads
- You understand hownonprofits buy(RFPs, donor cycles, trust-building)
- Highlycoachableand open to feedback
- Bonus: experience with climate, WASH, or development sector

- Based inIslamabadand able to workon-site
- Willing to travel occasionally for client visits across Pakistan, regionally and internationally
