We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Leader.

The role of Assistant Manager Sales - Government Services involves leading the development of new business within the Government Services sector, building strong relations with clients, and working closely with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development for product portfolio
  • Assisting management in identifying, preparing, and submitting prequalification, express of interest, and offers
  • Identifying and managing large clients/opportunities/key accounts
  • Cross-selling BV services portfolio

Requirements:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate with minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry sales experience
  • MBA Marketing will be an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of QA/QC/QMS will be preferred
  • Good communication and writing skills, fluent in English
  • A team player with strong ethics and integrity

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 'Go-to-market' attitude with ability to connect people and client contacts at higher levels
  • Good interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Pleasing personality with good communication and presentation skills
  • Computer-proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
