Job Title: HR Recruiter

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment for all open roles (job posting, screening, interviews, offer roll-out).
  • Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Source candidates through job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial interviews and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and provide timely feedback.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Issue offer letters and ensure pre-boarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment data and weekly reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 0.5 -1 years of experience in recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and deadlines.

Preferred:

  • Experience hiring for sales, marketing, or tech roles.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and recruitment practices.
