Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our HR operations and compliance functions. This role is responsible for maintaining employee records, ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws, managing health insurance and benefits administration, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and assisting with audits and compliance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
  • Ensure accurate processing of employee documentation, including contracts, policy acknowledgments, and benefits enrollment.
  • Verify attendance records and employee data accuracy.
  • Manage health insurance, reimbursements, and disbursements.
  • Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities.

Compliance & Policy Adherence:

  • Ensure HR processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary HR data and documentation.
  • Monitor regulatory updates and assist in implementing necessary changes to company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure proper handling of sensitive employee information.

Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare HR reports on metrics such as attendance, compliance status, and employee records.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date HR files, including personnel records, policy documents, and compliance reports.
  • Assist in the preparation of compliance reports for management review.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in HR operations and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operations, HR policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
