Kickstart is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.

Kickstart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Sales Manager to lead and scale our sales operations across Pakistan. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving nationwide growth, leading a multi-city sales team, and building relationships with key clients and partners. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability, experienced in managing teams and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a nationwide sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Lead, train, and manage regional sales teams across Lahore, Karachi, and Islamabad.
  • Drive business development efforts across SME and enterprise segments.
  • Own the complete sales funnel: from prospecting to closing, with a focus on high-impact clients.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, community, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track and report sales KPIs using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), and provide accurate forecasts and insights.
  • Represent the company in key meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership or regional/national sales role.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Demonstrated success in developing sales pipelines and closing strategic deals.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Willingness to travel regularly between cities.

Preferred Background

  • Experience in service-led industries such as real estate, hospitality, logistics, or established startups.
