We seek a results-driven Country Sales Manager to join our team, leveraging their expertise to drive nationwide sales growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to Kickstart's objectives.
  • Lead a team of regional sales managers, providing guidance, support, and resources for success.
  • Promote Kickstart's services to various market segments, including SMEs and enterprises.
  • Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to closure, focusing on high-priority clients.
  • Foster collaboration among sales, marketing, community, and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Use CRM tools to track and analyze sales performance, providing actionable insights and forecasts.
  • Represent Kickstart at critical meetings, presentations, and client engagements.

Requirements:

  • At least 7 years of B2B sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership or national sales roles.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline development and strategic deal closure.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Willingness to regularly travel between cities.
