This position is responsible for managing existing corporate clients, generating new leads and opportunities, managing the front-end sales, tender review, while also ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

  1. Achieve assigned targets by maximizing revenue generation from existing and new clients.
  2. Develop, build, and manage a client base in the export market by delivering presentations and introducing products and services offered by IWM.
  3. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the export furniture market, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  4. Understand customers' needs and expectations and provide appropriate options.
  5. Manage the front-end sales of the export business, with support from the design team.
  6. Ensure all client queries are answered within 48 hours of receipt.
  7. Review tenders and prepare bidding documents as per requirements.
  8. Coordinate with the costing department to ensure accurate and stable margins for the organization.
  9. Provide quotations to clients as per their requirements, with strong follow-up to close deals.
  10. Coordinate with SCM and relevant departments for smooth delivery execution.
  11. Ensure pre-delivery inspection of goods in coordination with the concerned team before dispatch.
  12. Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
  13. Utilize all internal software effectively and efficiently.
  14. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
  15. Perform any other tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
