
Senior Export Sales and Marketing Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Export Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our export operations, manage sales contracts, and coordinate shipments. This role requires a strong understanding of export documentation, GL accounts, and financial reporting.
The successful candidate will have experience in export sales operations, preferably in manufacturing or chemical sectors. They should be proficient in SAP (WCOCO/WB2R_SV), F-37, and export sales modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage export sales contracts and related cost sheets.
- Create and manage sales and shipment orders as per guidelines.
- Generate and check invoices to ensure accuracy and proper accounts.
- Handle billing and customer complaints for export products.
- Process sales commissions and manage duty-free/tolling materials.
- Update advance payments and assist with payment negotiations.
- Coordinate with QA for product certifications and shipment documents.
- Maintain accurate data for materials, customers, and shipments.
- Reserve shipment materials and address system issues promptly.
b) Coordination with Internal Departments
- Ensure smooth execution of export shipments and follow up for necessary LC documents.
- Maintain accurate GL accounts for export sales and local customers.
- Provide financial data and reports for internal reporting requirements.
- Coordinate material reservations and facilitate shipment release.
c) Region-Specific Responsibilities
- Oversee shipments of CP resin from Karachi to UAE, including contracts, reservations, and invoicing.
- Ensure smooth weekly shipments and proper document handling.
- Manage shipment details and coordinate with regional representatives.
- Audit and settle monthly bills for appointed agents.
d) Reporting & Analysis
- Share daily stock updates, production reports, and shipment plans.
- Create monthly region-wise sales reports and weekly performance summaries.
- Present quarterly marketing reviews for ISO compliance.
- Prepare custom reports as requested by senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years in export sales operations, preferably in manufacturing or chemical sectors.
- Proficient in SAP (WCOCO/WB2R_SV), F-37, and export sales modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
