Be responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of fixed-line consumer sales. This role will drive growth, enhance customer acquisition, and optimize the end-to-end sales experience while ensuring alignment with the company's overarching business objectives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • Master's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Experience:

  • 10-12 years of experience in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams in the telecom or related industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and competitive landscape in the telecom sector.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
