Job Overview

This is a key role within the company, responsible for ensuring seamless network and hardware operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic, troubleshooting, and maintenance work, visiting clients in pre-defined territories and market segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships in designated territories and market segments.
  • Identify and diagnose problems, resolving them on-site or by bringing customers' PCs to the company's workstation.
  • Install operating systems, drivers, and software as needed.
  • Perform data backup and recovery tasks.
  • Assist the network administrator in creating new networks for customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • A+ and N+ certification (preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Familiarity with local markets, knowledge of hardware and networks, and good communication skills.
  • Ability to self-start, work with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks.

Strong understanding of hardware and network technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
