We are currently looking for outstanding individuals to join our growing team. We are a small but rapidly growing company with a friendly but focused team.

Positions available: eBay, E-commerce, Other Selling Platforms - Web Admin, Accountant, Website Developers (PART-TIME / FULL-TIME). All training will be provided.

Experience: Working with Amazon & eBay is preferred; basic knowledge about browsing is optional.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent spoken and written English required.
  2. Experience with Adobe Photoshop or any other photo-editing tools is optional.

Job Description Summary:

You will be responsible for creating and managing product listings on eBay, Amazon, and other online sales channels. This includes handling customer service queries via email or phone regarding products and orders, undertaking new stock entry, and maintaining accurate stock levels.

Responsibilities:

  1. Taking professional pictures of products, editing, and uploading on eBay/Amazon/Company website.
  2. Ensuring all products are clearly listed with features, benefits, and detailed descriptions.
  3. Reviewing product listings and amending detailed descriptions as necessary.
  4. Replying to customer queries.
  5. Printing posting labels and keeping track of records.
  6. Maintaining inventory of stock.
  7. Conducting regular price checks to ensure competitive pricing.
  8. Researching and responding to competitor activity/pricing.
  9. Keeping each marketplace updated with the latest products and promotions.
  10. Managing logistics of inbound stock from suppliers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  1. Great attention to detail.
  2. Basic-Advanced Photoshop or other photo-editing skills.
  3. Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in MS Excel.
  5. Competent use of Word/Excel/Internet.
  6. Understanding of online sales strategies.
  7. Good customer service skills.
  8. Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.

The successful candidate must have the following qualities:

  2. Reliability.
  3. Good time management skills.
