Job Title: Sr. E-commerce Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. E-commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring seamless execution of sales and customer service activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage inventory levels and product listings on vendor websites, updating stock quantities and product details as necessary.
  2. Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues with product listings, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  3. Create and process transfer orders in the inventory management system, maintaining accurate documentation and tracking of inventory movements.
  4. Collaborate with logistics teams to facilitate smooth transfers, optimizing delivery schedules and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  5. Generate sale orders in the e-commerce platform or ERP system based on customer purchases, verifying accuracy and completeness of all transactions.
  6. Prepare and issue invoices for completed sales, ensuring prompt payment and resolving any discrepancies or disputes.
  7. Verify the accuracy of sale orders and invoices, including pricing, quantities, and customer details, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
  8. Create purchase orders based on inventory needs and supplier agreements, submitting for necessary approvals and tracking status.
  9. Document all sale orders and transfer orders in the inventory management system, ensuring organized and easily accessible records for future reference.
  10. Update online inventory data to match physical stock levels, monitoring for inventory discrepancies and addressing promptly.
  11. Take on ad-hoc projects or tasks related to e-commerce operations, providing support to other team members as needed and contributing to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems, including e-commerce platforms, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
