IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be primarily responsible for 24/7 CBS Wireline Support, E-Payment Support

- Configurations of CRs

- Testing of CRs

- Verifying UATs

- Deployment Activities and Systems monitoring.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Execute timely and accurate configurations in CBS, including product catalogs, discount packages, tariff updates, and connection category settings.
  • Conduct monthly audits of Bill Runs, verifying correct billing and discount applications against subscribed offers.
  • Ensure smooth application availability by actively participating in disaster recovery drills, managing both production and DR sites, and monitoring application performance.
  • Proactively manage incident and problem tickets, performing root cause analysis and resolution through Whale Cloud and vendor engagement.
  • Coordinate and implement updates in bill design using the DMS tool to meet business layout requirements.
  • Ensure efficient and error-free handover of bill data for monthly printing by managing the upload and verification process with relevant internal teams.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification:

  • MS / BS Computer Science, Software Engineering
  • 1-3 Years of relevant experience
  • Basic level Understanding of Telecom Billing System and CRM

Competencies:

  • SQL Working knowledge
  • Under standing of Web-service, APIs
  • BSS & OSS Domain Knowledge
  • Presentation Skills
  • Communication Skill (Spoken and Written)
