Job Purpose:

  • Channel Planning & Development: Lead channel planning and development initiatives for the North region. Ensure seamless execution and monitoring of franchise and retail-level promotional activities. Maintain regular reporting on performance metrics, ensuring data availability for all stakeholders. Oversee the tracking and dissemination of scorecards for Business Development Officers (BDOs), Retail Sales Officers (RSOs), and franchise partners, driving performance accountability and operational excellence.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Channel Performance & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on channel enablers, subscriber base trends, bundle performance, and quality parameters related to gross additions. Ensure regular updates and actionable insights are shared with relevant business units.
  • Performance Reviews & Gap Analysis: Take complete ownership of performance review meetings. Manage end-to-end processes for evaluating regional and channel partner performance. Identify operational gaps and recommend strategic interventions.
  • KPI Management & Stakeholder Communication: Ensure consistent visibility and timely disbursement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including PBC (Performance-Based Compensation), BDO scorecards, RSO scorecards, RD KPIs, and any other departmental KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • Promotional Campaign Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of promotional activities. Evaluate effectiveness, identify underperforming areas, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
  • Data Bank Management: Maintain a centralized and structured KPI data repository for the North region, covering all levels of operations. Ensure historical data integrity and ease of access for cross-functional teams.
  • Data Systems Expertise: Develop deep expertise in MSTR and ensure seamless data extraction from the Data Warehouse (DWH) for use by internal departments. Act as a point of contact for data-related support.
  • Strategic Business Insights: Perform regular deep-dive analyses into key performance areas. Provide actionable intelligence and recommendations to support North regional leadership in strategic planning and decision-making.

Eligibility Criteria (Education, Knowledge, Experience and Skills):

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred, especially with a focus in Marketing, Analytics, or Telecom Management.

Work Experience:

  • 4-6 year

  • Telecom Sales & Channel Management: Possesses expert-level knowledge of telecom sales operations, channel structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs), with a deep understanding of regional dynamics and performance drivers.
  • Cross-Functional Commercial Acumen: Demonstrates strong working knowledge of adjacent commercial functions, including bundle performance, customer churn, cell-site level analytics, and daily active user statistics, contributing to a holistic business view.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Advanced expertise in MicroStrategy (MSTR) for data visualization, dashboard development, and analytical reporting.
  • Data Management & Automation: Skilled in database management, with a strong focus on reporting automation to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Analytical & Presentation Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel for complex data analysis and PowerPoint for creating clear, impactful business presentations.
