Job Title: Assistant Manager Channel Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead channel planning and development initiatives for our North region. As an Assistant Manager Channel Development, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution and monitoring of franchise and retail-level promotional activities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Channel Performance & Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting on channel enablers, subscriber base trends, bundle performance, and quality parameters related to gross additions.
  • Performance Reviews & Gap Analysis: Take ownership of performance review meetings and manage end-to-end processes for evaluating regional and channel partner performance.
  • KPI Management & Stakeholder Communication: Ensure consistent visibility and timely disbursement of key performance indicators (KPIs) including PBC (Performance-Based Compensation), BDO scorecards, RSO scorecards, RD KPIs, and any other departmental KPIs.
  • Promotional Campaign Analysis: Conduct comprehensive reviews of promotional activities and evaluate their effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field is required.
  • Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 4-6 years of experience in telecom sales operations, channel structures, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on practical solutions.
  • Effective coordination with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage stress and perform well under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
