Job Purpose:
- Development & Management of Conventional Sales channels in line with Business requirements. Management includes preparation of policies & procedures for smooth functioning of sales channels, coordination with all departments & regional commercial teams on matters related to Sales & Distribution
Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Channel Planning for Subscriber Growth: Lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive channel strategies for subscriber acquisition, recharge growth, and market penetration.
- Product Availability & Market Penetration: Develop nationwide strategies to ensure optimal product availability, supporting growth in mass segment recharge through efficient resource allocation and investment management.
- KPI Formulation, Target Setting & Performance Alignment: Develop and align KPIs and target-setting frameworks with organizational objectives, ensuring continuous monitoring and achievement of performance goals.
- Franchise & Retail Channel Optimization: Design and implement strategies to strengthen franchise and retail networks, ensuring product availability and effective trade policies & promotions
- Budget Planning & ROI Management: Oversee nationwide sales and distribution budget planning, ensuring efficient resource allocation and healthy ROI for business partners.
- Digital Transformation of Distribution Networks: Spearhead the transition from traditional to digital platforms, overseeing channel-related system development projects to enhance business continuity and efficiency.
- Innovation & Revenue Diversification: Develop new business avenues such as broadband (FTTH), integrating channel strategies with go-to-market plans to drive incremental revenues.
- Resource Empowerment for Execution: Conduct comprehensive diagnostics to identify performance gaps, support regional teams with actionable solutions, and facilitate smooth execution of strategies.
- Sales Quality & 4G Development: Drive initiatives to improve sales quality and 4G penetration, leveraging analytics and trade promotions to ensure consistent growth and customer retention.
- Channel Insights & Predictive Analytics: Implement advanced analytics for sales trend monitoring, predictive modeling, and competitive insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize channel performance. Responsible for Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly management S&D business updates & reporting
