Role Summary

We are seeking a result-driven and client-focused Business Developer (Account Manager) to manage and grow relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital services to convert leads, upsell offerings, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams (development, design, marketing)
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand existing accounts
  • Conduct client meetings, product/service demos, and proposal presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales to generate quality leads and pitch relevant solutions
  • Track and report client KPIs, deliverables, and project progress to management
  • Work closely with technical and creative teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field. (Preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in business development, account management, or client servicing (preferably in a digital agency or tech company)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Understanding of digital services including web development, SEO, branding, or AI solutions is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously
