Job Title: Sr. Cold Email Outreach & Performance Marketer

Location:

Compensation: PKR 100K–150K/month base + performance bonuses in USD

Role Overview:

We're looking for a sharp, English-fluent Cold Email Operator + Campaign Strategist to manage outbound email systems across our service businesses.

You'll be responsible for building and executing campaigns that generate qualified meetings for our sales team.

We will provide all paid tools mentioned below for everything as required.

Core KPIs:
  • Qualified Meetings Booked
What You'll Do:
  • Manage cold email tools (Instantly, MailWizz, Apollo, etc.)
  • Build and clean lead lists using Apollo, LinkedIn, and other tools
  • Write, test, and optimize subject lines, hooks, and CTAs
  • Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and meetings booked
  • Own KPIs: open rate, reply rate, booked calls per campaign
  • Work across 2–3 business units with unique value propositions
  • Collaborate with copywriter and SDRs to tune campaign strategy
  • Use AI tools (like ChatGPT) to draft and improve email content
Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of experience in outbound email, lead generation, or performance marketing
  • Strong written English (you will be writing/fixing A/B testing email copies)
  • Strong experience using tools like Instantly, MailWizz, Apollo, Hunter, Google Sheets
  • Data-driven mindset — test, learn, and iterate
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, B2B services, or agency environments
Compensation & Growth:
  • PKR 100K–150K/month base depending on experience
  • Monthly performance bonus in USD tied to meetings booked = total revenue generated by SDRs (Average between $500 - $2,000)
