About the Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Research SDR – Lead Generation professional to fuel our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying high-value leads. This role involves in-depth research into public and private sector organizations, tracking procurement trends, and analyzing buying behaviors to generate actionable intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research on public and private sector organizations to identify potential leads.
  • Create targeted prospect lists using data sources, public records, and platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Analyze procurement trends, organizational structures, and buying behaviors to extract valuable insights.
  • Maintain accurate, categorized, and actionable data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Monitor upcoming contracts, bids, and market shifts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Support account managers with pre-call briefs and tailored prospect profiles.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales research or market intelligence, preferably for US-based clients.
  • Familiarity with information services, procurement data, or SaaS industries is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex datasets.
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  • Prior exposure to B2B lead generation campaigns is beneficial.
