Responsibilities:

  1. Recommend potential products and services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  2. Respond to customer quotes and queries and negotiate prices through calls, texts, and emails.
  3. Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  4. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
  5. Provide accurate pricing and complete information by using the right methods.
  6. Resolve customer complaints and follow up daily via phone and email.
  7. Assist with the placement of orders, payments, and refunds.
  8. Deliver superior customer service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction.
Job Specification

Qualifications:

  1. Good command of English.
  2. Capable of using technology systems and tools such as Microsoft Office.
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Ability to explain products and services and handle conflict situations.
  5. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
