Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and qualify potential clients through B2B databases such as Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Run cold email campaigns with customized outreach strategies.
Manage and maintain a well-structured lead pipeline in the CRM.
Collaborate with the team to continuously enhance outreach messaging and improve response rates.

Sales & Deal Closing:

Handle client communication through calls, emails, and presentations.
Conduct sales pitches, negotiations, and deal finalization.
Build long-term client relationships by aligning services to their needs.
Maintain a rigorous follow-up process to maximize lead-to-client conversion.

Process & Performance Optimization (Desirable):

Familiarity with automation tools like N8n, Clay.com, and Perplexity AI is a plus.
Work with the internal team to optimize outreach workflows and explore AI-based lead scoring.

Who We're Looking For:

Proven Closer: Strong track record of successfully closing B2B deals.
Lead Generation Specialist: Skilled in finding and qualifying quality leads across multiple platforms.
Cold Outreach Expert: Experience managing and optimizing cold email campaigns.
CRM & Pipeline Management Pro: Ability to organize and maintain a highly effective sales funnel.
Tech-Savvy (Preferred): Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms would be an advantage.
Excellent Communicator: Fluent English skills – both written and verbal – are essential.
