Key Accountabilities
  • Achieve annual volume, revenue, and contribution margin targets as agreed with RSMs for specific areas/territories.
  • Handle distributors and retailers regularly.
  • Meet debtor targets as agreed with RSM monthly.
  • Reduce overdue payments as per targets.
  • Develop strategies with RSM to reduce cheque bouncing.
  • Ensure all customer/dealer statements of accounts are signed monthly.
  • Expand connections with dealers and customers to meet targets.
  • Resolve market issues amicably under RSM supervision.
  • Obtain formal approval from RSM for discounts (monthly, annual schemes) and communicate clearly with customers about ongoing foreign schemes.
  • Install POS machines as agreed with RSM.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance, values, and HSE policies.
Experience
  • 4-7 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel to various locations, even on short notice.
  • Responsible, hard-working, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (advanced level).
Education
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institute.
