Future Tech Lubricants has demonstrated significant growth, winning the Chevron Distributor Recognition Program three times within five years.
Position Purpose:
We are actively seeking a Territory Sales Manager who excels in generating B2B sales and driving growth while fostering strong client relationships. This role demands a proactive individual with a deep understanding of our product offerings and a commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Education & Professional Qualification:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field from a reputable university, preferably in Marketing or Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the Lubricant Industry.
- Prior experience managing teams with proficiency in CRM software like Oracle.
- Conduct product demonstrations and resolve client complaints, maintaining comprehensive product knowledge.
- Cultivate and uphold trusted customer relationships, setting a standard for the sales team to follow.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and close sales accordingly.
- Coordinate with team members for lead generation efforts.
- Strategize and execute plans to meet divisional and personal sales targets, aligned with company policies.
- Manage, develop, and motivate the sales force to achieve monthly sales and KPI targets.
- Provide on-the-ground support to sales associates in lead generation and deal closure.
- Continuously update knowledge of business climate, applications, and competition within assigned geography and accounts.
