Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
- A solid background in field sales, preferably with experience in consumer goods.
- Exceptional team leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A history of achieving or outdoing sales benchmarks.
- Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
