
Product Development and Territory Expansion Specialist

The role of Product Development and Registration Professional is a key position within the organization. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and registering products in assigned territories and countries.
This professional will work closely with existing distributors to establish strong business relationships, and will also visit markets to assess product demand. Additionally, they will develop and implement marketing plans and sales strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets in assigned territories.
Key responsibilities include:
- Visiting territories and countries assigned to the role, establishing relationships with existing distributors, and assessing market demand.
- Developing and implementing marketing plans and sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.
- Brand development in assigned territories, ensuring timely submission of required documents, and maintaining compliance with health authorities.
- Developing and redefining strategies to ensure achievement of sales targets in assigned territories, and evaluating new pricing strategies as per market situation.
- Monitoring pricing, costing, and profit margins, and evaluating new pricing strategies as per market situation.
- Preparing annual sales budgets and forecasts, and implementing measures to achieve sales targets.
- Managing selling expenses budgets, and evaluating the effectiveness of expenditure.
- Ensuring compliance with company credit and trading policies, and managing outstanding receivables.
- Developing and recommending brands and promotional tools in liaison with other departments, as per standard operating procedures.
- Translating promotional plans into fully integrated campaigns, and ensuring compliance with demographic requirements of assigned territories.
- Proposing new products or line extensions based on market analysis.
- Exploring new countries to register products and achieve sales.
- Coordinating export shipping documents with customers upon dispatch.
- Providing monthly reports to the Director of Marketing.
