About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on Bitdefender Gravityzone solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, providing technical expertise, and delivering exceptional customer support. This role requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity solutions, particularly Bitdefender products, and the ability to effectively communicate technical benefits to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve targets for Bitdefender Gravityzone solutions.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, providing product demonstrations and technical consultations.
  • Understand customer needs and tailor Bitdefender solutions to meet those needs.
  • Provide pre-sales support mainly related to technical presentations and product briefing.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of Bitdefender solutions.
  • Keep up to date with the latest developments in Bitdefender products and cybersecurity trends.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and other marketing activities to promote Bitdefender solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in technical sales, particularly in cybersecurity or IT solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Bitdefender Gravityzone solutions not required as we will provide trainings.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical background or certifications in cybersecurity or related fields are a plus.
